The Omaha Under the Radar Annual Summer Festival launched in 2014 with events throughout the city of Omaha. Since then, it has presented over 400 artists from throughout the United States and Canada who perform contemporary and experimental dance, music, theatre, performance art, sound installation work, and more.

The goal of the annual festival is to showcase the exceptional diversity of contemporary performance work being created in the region, and to connect artistic communities with audiences who are hungry for unique and masterful new performance work.

The artist roster for each festival is selected through an application process which takes place each Fall. It is free to apply, and artists of all career stages are encouraged to submit proposals.
