Dorian Wallace

Reese Pike will perform Gabriela Lena Frank’s Sonata Andina for Piano which draws inspiration from both western classical and Andean folk music traditions. Dorian Wallace will perform songs from the international socialist canon told through spontaneous improvisations and radical cooperation between performers and listeners. Phill Smith and Marcos will perform Improvisations on guitar, drums, and laptop moving between noise, free improvisation, pop songs, and Puerto Rican folk music.

Christine Beard and Hannah Weaver will perform Caprice for piccolo & xylophone by Casey Cangelosi and Wrought Iron for flute & percussion by Andrea Reinkemeyer. They will be joined by Tomm Roland for a performance of George Crumb's An Idyll for the Misbegotten for amplified flute and percussion.

Also featuring an installation of "Hearing Corwin Hall" by Michael Wittgraf,  a multimedia work featuring recorded audio and video taken inside and outside of a now-demolished building in the City of Grand Forks, North Dakota, on the campus of the University of North Dakota.

Sound artist Ana Paula Santana will perform A shoelace is a deadly weapon for keyboard, stand, and shoelaces. Shelby VanNordstrand, soprano, will perform Kaija Saariaho’s Lonh in quadraphonic surround sound with original interactive projections by Seth Shafer, as well as a new work by Shafer composed for Omaha Under the Radar for soprano, electronics, and interactive projection.

Zedeka Poindexter

Badie Khaleghian will perform a multimedia piece entitled Kashaneh for Kamancheh (traditional Persian instrument) with interactive audio and video. Aviary will perform contemporary repertoire for amplified cello and bassoon. Zedeka Poindexter will present an expanded version of her work "Sense of the Pandemic" which includes new choral and visual elements.

Liz Pearse and Chelsea Czuchra will present contemporary voice and flute repertoire including Angelica Negron's Malabarismos and Rebecca Saunders' O Yes and I. Jesse Langen will perform Negative Capability for electric guitar by Hannah Barnes.

Experimental sound artist Sener will perform using DIY electronic instruments and cell phone applications. Caroline Kouma will perform You Are Generation Alpha Digital A.I. Clone #1 for voice and electronics by Nolan Hildebrand. Dalia Chin will present original work for flute, electronics, storytelling, and visual imagery.

Will Yager will perform new works for solo double bass including glances full of muted colors by James May, Dun Shith by Ailie Robertson, and IMPEND by Douglas Osmun. Stacy Busch will present her work When Time for electronics, cello, and percussion. Ameen Wahba will share a new performance with midi-controlled punching bag co-created with Kafele Williams.

Dancer and choreographer Nathan Brumbaugh will present new contemporary movement work. Dancers Gayle Rocz and Annie Schenzel will share new work created with music by Nick Holden. Also featuring the world premiere of FLOWERS by Nevada Jones and Kevin Lawler performed by pianist Reese Pike and vocalists from the UNO Music Department.

Nicholas Tolle will perform new works for cimbalom including Marti Eptstein's Mary Magdalen (featuring soprano Karina Brazas); Bahar Royai's A sand slipping On the shore, Under the wind, Into the ocean; Anthony R. Green's Passing Fancies, Gabrielle Cerberville The Mushroom Hunters.

Liz Pearse and Chelsea Czuchra will perform Haiku Settings by Ursula Mamlock. 

VisKosity Dance Collective (Vivian Kim and Keith Haynes) and Vox Dance Collective will perform newly choreographed dance and movement works.

Aaron Allen Jr. will perform original choreography for solo dancer. Nominal Duo (Tom Curry- tuba & electronics, Brett Keating- euphonium & electronics) will perform Sheltering Sky by Tom Curry. Cubby Philips Group will perform music composed by the ensemble.
